Residential Cleaning Service Agreement
The following points for your review are included in this proposal and agreement to simply clarify and solidify a relational foundation between Busy Bees Housekeeping and (Client). They are as follows:
- Busy Bees Housekeeping agrees to provide all labor, supervision, materials and equipment necessary to complete the services as outlined in the Cleaning Specifications part of this proposal.
- Busy Bees Housekeeping will provide and maintain all insurance as required by state statute.
- Consumable products such as, can liners, toilet tissue, roll towels, soap products, time mist aerosols and the like, will be provided by (Client).
- Any additional requested work, not in this proposal will be performed at a mutually agreed upon price.
- There is no term to this agreement between the client or Busy Bees Housekeeping. You may cancel your cleaning service at any time. Busy Bees Housekeeping also reserves the right to cancel the service provided at any time.
- Invoicing will be before every clean. Busy Bees Housekeeping must receive payment before any scheduled cleans.
- Any modification to this agreement needs to be mutually agreed upon by both parties and in writing.
- We do not offer any refunds but will be happy to come back and fix anything that we may have missed.
Busy Bees Housekeeping Move-in/out Breakdown:
Bathrooms:
o Cobweb removal
o Dust window sills
o Wipe windows
o Towel bar and toilet paper holder wiped
o Clean mirrors and interior/exterior of medicine cabinets o Faucet and sinks cleaned
o Frequent points of contact cleaned and disinfected
o Spot clean interior/exterior of cabinets and drawers
o Tub and shower scrubbed and washed
o Toilets scrubbed and washed (including base and behind) o Vacuum/Sweep/Mop floors
o Baseboards wiped
o Garbage cans emptied
o Overall room appearance neat and tidy
Kitchens:
o Cobwebs removed
o Dust window sills
o Wipe windows
o Wipe tables and chairs
o Faucet and sinks cleaned
o Spot clean interior/exterior of cabinets and drawers
o Spot clean backsplash
o Frequent points of contact cleaned and disinfected
o Clean interior/exterior of appliances (Oven, Fridge, Microwave) o Clean exterior of all small appliances (toaster, coffeemaker, etc.) o Clean interior and exterior of microwave
o Vacuum/Sweep/Mop floors
o Baseboards wiped
o Garbage can emptied
o Overall room appearance neat and tidy
Living spaces & Bedrooms:
o Cobweb removal
o Dust window sills
o Windows/Mirrors cleaned
o Ceiling fans
o Frequent points of contact cleaned and disinfected
o Vacuum/Sweep/Mop floors
o Baseboards wiped
o Garbage cans emptied
o Overall room appearance neat and tidy
Things we DO NOT do:
o Clean infested properties (bed bugs, lice, roaches, mice, etc.) o Use ladders higher than 2 steps
o Handle any feces, urine, or vomit from a pet or human
o Clean a home with a contagious illness
o Clean soot from fireplaces
o Steam clean carpets
o Lift anything more than 30lbs
o Wash/put away any clothing or bedding
o Clean an area under major construction
o Clean a home without running water or electric
o Clean ceilings or walls
o Clean a home with excessive clutter to where it poses danger to staff o Clean a home with severe mold or mildew problems
o Service any clients who are disrespectful to our staff

- Window tracks deep cleaned (2-step step-ladder only) · Sliding glass doors (outside/track)
